Heritage Lands Collective explicitly grants the right to any Internet service to link to any Heritage Lands Collective page with a “.html”, “.shtml”, or a “.php” extension and to any Heritage Lands Collective forums page with a “.pl” or “.php” extension, so long as the linking page does not place the Heritage Lands Collective page in a frame or alter its appearance in any way.
